The Quiet Bloom Celebration is designed for children who enjoy birthdays a little differently. Instead of a loud room packed with guests, constant noise, and a rigid party schedule, this celebration keeps things small, flexible, and comfortable.

With up to four children, the birthday child has space to enjoy the day without becoming overwhelmed. They can participate in every activity, take breaks when they need them, watch before joining in, move around, use sensory supports, or retreat to a quieter space.

There is no pressure to perform, sit still, make eye contact, participate on cue, or enjoy their birthday the way anyone else thinks they should.

Grab a brush. There are fossils to find!

Perfect for little paleontologists, dinosaur experts, and kids who think digging in sand absolutely counts as science.

Activity choices include:

• Dinosaur Excavation – gives children the chance to carefully uncover hidden dinosaur fossils or bones using excavation tools.
• Fossil Making – lets children create their own prehistoric-style fossil impression to take home.
• Paint a Dinosaur – a relaxed creative activity where each child decorates their own dinosaur.
• Build a Dinosaur Habitat – combines imagination, building, and prehistoric environments.
• Dinosaur Egg Dig – lets children excavate a dinosaur surprise from its own “egg.”

Tea Party

The Tea Party theme combines imaginative play, flowers, crafts, and a soft, relaxed atmosphere without requiring children to sit through a traditional formal tea.

LEGO Builders

No instructions required.

LEGO Builders is made for kids who would rather build, experiment, tear something apart, change their minds, and build it again.

Challenges are invitations, not competitions. There is no single correct finished product.

The Mystery LEGO Challenge gives children a surprise building prompt and lets them take it wherever their imagination leads.

Activity choices include:

Each challenge gives children a starting idea while leaving plenty of room for creativity, experimentation, and problem-solving.

For kids who know Bigfoot is probably just very good at hide-and-seek.

Cryptid Club is mysterious, weird, creative, and completely different from the typical birthday party. It combines folklore, investigation, art, and imaginative world-building.

• Create Your Own Cryptid – gives children the chance to invent a brand-new legendary creature with its own appearance, habitat, behaviors, and story.

The Quiet Bloom Difference

The party follows a predictable visual schedule, but children do not have to follow it rigidly.

Activities can be adapted based on age, interests, sensory preferences, allergies, and comfort with group participation.

Regulation supports are available throughout the party, including noise-reducing headphones, sensory spinning chairs, and a weighted blanket. These supports are available for use during the celebration and remain on-site.

Children are welcome to bring comfort items, move their bodies, take breaks, step away from an activity, or simply observe until they feel ready to join in.

Lighting and sound can be adjusted when possible, and there are no flashing lights or surprise loud noises built into the party experience.

For the birthday moment, families can choose what feels right for their child: traditional singing, quiet singing, a spoken birthday cheer, or no birthday song at all.

Because the goal of a Quiet Bloom Celebration isn’t to make a child successfully tolerate a birthday party.

It’s to give them a birthday party they can actually enjoy.

Food, Drinks & Birthday Cake

Families are responsible for bringing their own food, beverages, birthday cake or cupcakes, and any other refreshments they would like to serve unless they purchase one of our food-related add-ons.

You do not have to purchase food through us. Bringing your own food and cake is completely fine.

Optional food add-ons include the Pizza Package, Snack Package, and Cupcake Decorating activity.

Families are still welcome to bring additional food or cake even when purchasing a food add-on.

Add-Ons

Add-ons are completely optional. A Quiet Bloom Celebration is designed to feel complete at the base package price, not like a stripped-down party that requires upgrades to be enjoyable.

Additional Themed Activity | $75

Add a second guided activity from your selected theme. This is a great option for children who love hands-on activities or families who want more structured fun built into the celebration.

Additional 30 Minutes | $50

Extend your celebration by 30 minutes. This can be especially helpful when children benefit from a slower pace, need additional transition time, or simply want more time to play and enjoy the space.

Take-Home Craft | $10 per child

Give guests an additional creative project they can bring home after the party.

Slime Activity Upgrade | $75

Add a hands-on slime-making experience to the celebration. Children get to mix, create, and customize their own slime while exploring texture and sensory play.

Cupcake Decorating | $75

Turn dessert into another activity. Children decorate their own cupcakes using frosting and toppings provided for the experience.

Snack Package | $50

Let us handle the snacks. We’ll provide a simple selection of kid-friendly party snacks for the group.

Pizza Package | $75

Add pizza to the celebration so you have one less thing to bring and organize.

Paper Goods Package | $35

We provide the basic disposable party supplies needed for serving food, cake, and drinks.

Custom Digital Invitation | $25

Receive a personalized digital invitation designed to coordinate with your child’s selected party theme. It can be shared by text, email, or social media.

Photo Area | $40

Add a designated themed photo spot for birthday pictures and guest photos.

Sensory-Friendly Favor Bags | $8 per child

Our sensory-friendly favor bags are designed with regulation and play in mind. Families choose the exact number they need when booking.

Stuffed Animal Adoption | $12 per child

Each participating child gets to adopt a stuffed animal to take home. This can also be incorporated into imaginative play during the party and doubles as a memorable party favor.
