The Gentle Gathering is our most popular party package for a reason. It gives children plenty of room to celebrate, create, play, regulate, and simply enjoy being together without turning the birthday into an overwhelming production.

With up to six children and two full hours of private party time, there is space for the celebration to move at a comfortable pace. Children can participate in the guided activity, explore the sensory-play area, take breaks in the quiet retreat space, eat, open gifts, or just hang out with their friends without feeling rushed from one thing to the next.

The party follows a personalized visual schedule to help children know what to expect, but the schedule is a guide, not a demand. If the birthday child needs more time, less time, a break, a change of pace, or decides they are completely over something we planned, that is okay.

Regulation supports, including the noise-reducing headphones, sensory spinning chairs, and weighted blanket, are available for children to use during the celebration and remain on-site. Families are always welcome to bring any preferred sensory tools, comfort items, headphones, or regulation supports from home.

Dinosaur Discovery

Grab a brush. There are fossils to find!

Perfect for little paleontologists, dinosaur experts, and kids who think digging in sand absolutely counts as science.

Activity choices include:

• Dinosaur Excavation – gives children the chance to carefully uncover hidden dinosaur fossils or bones using excavation tools.
• Fossil Making – lets children create their own prehistoric-style fossil impression to take home.
• Paint a Dinosaur – a relaxed creative activity where each child decorates their own dinosaur.
• Build a Dinosaur Habitat – combines imagination, building, and prehistoric environments.
• Dinosaur Egg Dig – lets children excavate a dinosaur surprise from its own “egg.”
• Create Your Own Dinosaur – gives children the chance to invent a brand-new species with its own appearance, features, personality, and story.

Tea Party

Cozy, whimsical, and just fancy enough.

The Tea Party theme combines imaginative play, flowers, crafts, and a soft, relaxed atmosphere without requiring children to sit through a traditional formal tea.

Activity choices include:

• Decorate a Teacup – allows children to create their own keepsake cup.
• Flower Crown Making – lets children design a wearable crown using flowers and decorative pieces.
• Paint a Mini Flowerpot – combines creativity with a garden-inspired keepsake.

Planets, rockets, aliens, and missions beyond Earth.

Space Explorers mixes art, science, engineering, and imagination for kids who would happily spend their birthday somewhere in another galaxy.

Enchanted Garden is especially lovely for children who enjoy nature, fantasy, miniatures, imaginative play, and quiet creative projects.

Activity choices include:

• Create a Mini Enchanted Garden – lets children build their own miniature magical landscape.
• Build a Woodland Home – gives children the chance to design a tiny home for a fairy, forest creature, or imaginary resident.

LEGO Builders

No instructions required.

LEGO Builders is made for kids who would rather build, experiment, tear something apart, change their minds, and build it again.

Challenges are invitations, not competitions. There is no single correct finished product.

The Mystery LEGO Challenge gives children a surprise building prompt and lets them take it wherever their imagination leads.

Activity choices include:

Each challenge gives children a starting idea while leaving plenty of room for creativity, experimentation, and problem-solving.

For kids who know Bigfoot is probably just very good at hide-and-seek.

Cryptid Club is mysterious, weird, creative, and completely different from the typical birthday party. It combines folklore, investigation, art, and imaginative world-building.

Activity choices include:

• Cryptid Investigation – children examine clues and investigate a mysterious creature.
• Create Your Own Cryptid – gives children the chance to invent a brand-new legendary creature with its own appearance, habitat, behaviors, and story.
• Bigfoot Footprint Casting – lets children create a plaster-style cast of a mysterious footprint.
• Cryptid Field Journal – gives children a place to document sightings, clues, sketches, and discoveries.

The Gentle Gathering Difference

A Gentle Gathering gives families more breathing room.

Two hours means there is time for a guided activity without making the entire party revolve around that activity. There is time to eat, play, talk, explore, regulate, open gifts, take breaks, change course, and actually enjoy the celebration.

Children are never required to sit still, make eye contact, participate on cue, or join an activity before they are ready. Watching is participating. Taking a break is okay. Moving around is okay. Changing your mind is okay.

Lighting and sound can be adjusted when possible, and our parties do not intentionally include flashing lights or surprise loud noises.

And because every Gentle Gathering includes a dedicated party assistant, there is another adult focused on helping the celebration run smoothly while families get to spend more time actually being part of the birthday.

Food, Drinks & Birthday Cake

Families are responsible for bringing their own food, beverages, cake, cupcakes, and other refreshments unless a food-related add-on is purchased.

Bringing your own food and cake is completely welcome. You are not required to purchase food through us.

Families who would rather have us handle some of it can choose from the Pizza Package, Snack Package, or Cupcake Decorating add-on.

Even when purchasing a food add-on, families are welcome to bring additional food, beverages, or birthday cake.
